Cancellation and No-Show Policy

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please contact the clinic or your therapist directly at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged the full cost of the scheduled treatment. Payment must be arranged with the clinic or your therapist in a timely manner.

When you reserve an appointment, that time is set aside specifically for you. Our massage therapists are self-employed and are only paid when treatment is provided. A late cancellation or missed appointment means that your therapist does not receive payment and usually has insufficient time to offer the appointment to another client. For this reason, we stand firmly behind this policy and the applicable fee will be charged. We appreciate your understanding and respectfully ask that you honour the time reserved for your care.
